Whistleblower System
This system can be used by customers, employees, suppliers, and other related third parties.
The system allows for quick, easy, and anonymous reporting of potential violations or misconduct.
Reports
You can submit reports about suspected violations of laws and standards, such as:
- fraud and corruption
- money laundering and cartel agreements
- human rights violations and environmental risks
- violations of internal regulations
- other unethical behavior
Anonymity and Protection
All reports are treated as strictly confidential.
Whistleblowers are protected from any retaliatory actions. You decide whether to disclose your identity. Anonymous reports are also accepted.
The system cannot be used for false accusations. Intentionally providing incorrect information is prohibited.
Communication and Information
Using the system, you can create a secure mailbox for further (also anonymous) communication.
You can set your password during registration.

This policy also provides for the possibility of submitting reports outside the "Berner Group", especially regarding human rights and environmental risks in the supply chain.
