The Takeuchi TB240 is a popular ~3.9-ton class mini excavator, known for its excellent stability and versatility. It is powered by a Yanmar 4TNV88 diesel engine (27.2 kW / 37 hp) with a DPF filter. Four hydraulic pumps for direct function control and adaptable hydraulic flows ensure smooth operation with various attachments.
"Servo" control, automatic travel speed change (rabbit/turtle) depending on the load, and automatic boom lock simplify daily use. An emergency shut-off valve with an overload warning system complies with the EU EN474-5 safety standard.
The comfortable ROPS cabin with a radio, 4 work lights, and 6 transport tie-down points is designed for comfortable operation and transport. Standard equipment includes a Lehnhoff HS03 hydraulic quick coupler with a Powertilt 174° system and a lifting hook.
